Ceren Tezcan

Ceren Tezcan is a founding partner of TUO. Throughout her career, she has worked at both international and large-scale as well as boutique law firms, advising domestic and international clients in a wide range of areas, particularly mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, commercial and corporate law, and data protection. These diverse experiences have provided her with a broad perspective and a flexible approach. Together with Irem, Ceren manages TUO’s Istanbul office and is dedicated to delivering transparent, efficient and client-focused legal services.
