Irem Uysal, LL.M.

Irem Uysal is a founding partner of TUO. Following her LL.M. at Galatasaray University, she gained valuable experience at large-scale and international law firms in Istanbul, which provided her with a broad perspective across various sectors. Building on this background, she advises domestic and international clients particularly in commercial and corporate law, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance. Together with Ceren, Irem manages TUO’s Istanbul office and places practical and workable solutions at the core of her practice, operating with principles of transparency, efficiency and client focus. She prioritises direct communication with clients, ensuring a personalised and reliable service approach.
